Count everyone who grooms dogs on a typical day; bathers and front-desk staff aren't counted, and everyone gets a login. Prices are the full amount you pay: there's no VAT to add. Prices may rise once a year, in line with inflation, with at least 30 days' notice – founding groomers keep their discount.

Questions about pricing
Why by groomers, not by bookings?
So you know your price before you start, and it doesn't go up in a busy month. A bigger salon gets more from the system, so it pays a little more – but every size gets every feature.
Are there any per-booking or card fees?
We don't charge anything per booking. If you take card deposits, the card company's own small fee applies to each payment, as it would with any card reader.
Will my price go up?
Prices are reviewed once a year. Any rise will be in line with inflation (the Consumer Prices Index), with at least 30 days' notice. Founding groomers keep their discount. You can cancel at any time, with no charge.
What happens with texts?
Each plan includes free texts every month for reminders, report cards and "due a groom" texts. Unused free texts don't carry over. Top-ups don't run out at the end of the month. A long message can use two texts. Customers only get texts if they've said they're happy to.
What happens when my free month ends?
A week before, we'll email to remind you, with a button to choose your plan. If you'd rather not carry on, do nothing: your account becomes read-only, so you can still download all your records for 60 days. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Is there a contract? What if I want to leave?
There's no contract and no notice period. Cancel any time, with no cancellation charge, and keep using it until the end of the month you've paid for. Because there's no contract, we don't refund part of a month. You can download all your records to take with you.
Does joining early access commit me to anything?
No. It just puts you on the list, and we'll get in touch to talk it through.
