For home-based and solo groomers

Your grooming business, run from your phone

You can't answer messages with a dog on the table. Let customers book themselves into the days you work, get a reminder the day before, and keep every dog's notes to hand – all on your phone.

Bookings while you groom

Stop answering messages mid-groom

Put your booking link on Facebook, Instagram or your website. Customers see the times you're free on the days you work, pick a treatment and send a request. You accept it with one tap when you're ready.

  • Only shows the days and hours you choose to work – they can change week to week
  • You decide which treatments can be booked online, and how much notice you need
  • Approve each new customer first, if you prefer
  • No website needed – the booking page has its own link

No-shows

When it's just you, a no-show is a lost morning

There's no-one else to give the slot to. Reminder texts go out the day before on their own, and you can ask for a deposit when someone books – from everyone, new customers only, or nobody.

  • A reminder text the day before, sent for you
  • Deposits by card – a fixed amount or a percentage, your choice
  • Spot the customers who often cancel late
  • Fill a gap fast: see the dogs due soon and text them the slot
Keep them coming back

The little touches that win regulars

The things a big salon has a receptionist for, done for you.

  • A photo report card after the groom, sent by text
  • A Google review request, at most once in a while per customer
  • A "due a groom" text when a regular's usual gap is up
  • Each dog's notes, coat, behaviour and health alerts in your pocket

Questions from home groomers

I only groom three days a week. Does that work?

Yes. You set the days and hours you work, and they can change from week to week. Customers booking online only see the times you're working.

Do I need a website?

No. Your booking page has its own link, so you can share it on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google. If you do have a website, it can go on there too.

Can I run it all from my phone?

Yes. It works in your phone's web browser – nothing to install – and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

I use a paper diary. Can you move me over?

Yes, free. Send us photos of your diary or your customer list and we'll set up your customers, dogs and upcoming bookings for you.

What if I want to stop?

There's no contract. Cancel any time with no cancellation charge, and download all your records to take with you.
